01Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Klar account, you agree to these terms. Klar is a platform designed to help you organize and maintain your home's digital history. We are a technology service, not a provider of professional engineering, architectural, or legal advice.
02Home Stewardship & Data
You maintain 100% ownership of the documents you store in your Google Drive. You are responsible for the content you forward to Klar and agree to use the service for legitimate home management purposes.
03Service Limitations
While our AI is highly accurate at extracting home records such as model numbers, serial numbers, and service history, you should always verify critical technical information against your original records before making major financial or structural maintenance decisions.
04Cancellations & Refunds
Klar is billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access through the date you paid for.
Klar does not offer refunds on annual subscriptions, including beta pricing. Your files and organized records remain in your Google Drive after cancellation — we never delete your data.
05Termination
You may cancel your Klar subscription at any time. Upon termination, Klar's access to your Google Drive folder is revoked. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards or engage in malicious activity.
