1. Data Collection

We collect information necessary to manage your home records, including your name and email address via Google OAuth, and any documents you explicitly forward to your Klar intake address.

2. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Klar’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • 01We use the drive.file scope only to create and manage a dedicated "Klar Vault" folder in your Google Drive.
  • 02We do not access or read any files in your Google Drive that were not created by Klar.
  • 03We do not sell your Google user data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

3. Your Rights

You own your data. You may delete your account and all associated metadata at any time. Your original documents remain in your Google Drive even if you choose to stop using Klar.
